Hi! I’m Salvatore Carotenuto, born in 1974 in Salerno, Italy, and happily living in Friuli Venezia Giulia for the past 25 years, in the charming border town of Gorizia.
My love for photography began early: at 15, while others were spending their money on snacks and entertainment, I was spending mine on a camera. That’s when it all started. Since then, I’ve photographed almost anything — and anyone — willing to step in front of my lens.
I consider myself an amateur photographer, but I bring the enthusiasm, care, and dedication of a professional (and almost the same equipment, too!). I’m particularly passionate about portrait and glamour photography.
Oh, and did I mention it? I shoot for free, simply for the love of photography.
